Telemedicine helps to bridge the gap between patients and physicians, encouraging everyone, especially symptomatic patients, to stay at home and communicate with our physicians through virtual channels. Telemedicine is a live interactive appointment via videoconference that closely simulates in-person meetings between our physicians and patients. Our number one priority at AAU is to make this process as simple as possible. We will provide you with step-by-step directions to simplify the process. Rest assured that telemedicine still provides the basic needs of privacy and professionalism that patients would receive if visiting the office in-person.
