Ivey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has over 13 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a variety of settings including Neurology, Urgent Care, and Gynecology. She joined the Athens Area Urology team in 2020. She works directly with Dr. Belknap. She lives in Oconee County with her husband, two boys, and her dog, Remi. She spends her free time hiking, being on the lake, and keeping up with her boys’ sports activities.
